To enhance the quality of life of children and families in our community who are in crisis. Our foundation provides grant funding to our Community Partners who we strategically identify as having the capacity to provide our quality of life programs to children and families.
Funding for our programs is made possible with revenues derived from the generosity of our Founding Partners, Board of Directors, Giving Society, Corporate and Individual Donors, and supporters of annual fundraising events who believe in our mission and programs. Helpful Hands holds events throughout the year to raise funds for our programs and raise awareness of our mission in the community. Events currently available for registration are shown below.

We reach thousands of people each week with our published Bible teachings. We pray with teams, drivers, their families and officials, providing a way for those in the racing community to find a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

On April 1, 2017, there was a remarkable event that happened locally in the City of Oviedo Florida. It was called The Oviedo Gathering and had a focused objective summed up in the slogan used; “Unity in our Community for Christ”. It was a simple gathering of Christians from local churches that came together regardless of race or creed, to promote Jesus and bring together the body of Christ.
At our 35 Clubs in 7 counties, we serve the children who need us the most. Our Clubs are located in neighborhoods that, on average, rank at the 12th percentile for household income and the 71st percentile for incarceration rates. Our Club families pay either nothing or a nominal fee for their children to attend. By providing our Club members with academic support, extracurricular opportunities, and positive adult role models, we aim to break the cycle of poverty for future generations of Central Floridians.

Most other programs are run by the university through a continuing education program or by some other university unit.
Some would say that Matt Allen was the best golfer to ever play the game. Some would say that if it weren’t for him, golf wouldn’t be what it is today. And by “some” we mean Matt. He loved the game and loved how it brought people together. He loved to make others laugh and spend time making memories. Join us as we honor Matt Allen in the Golfing For Matt Tournament.Proceeds from the Golfing For Matt Tournament will be donated to the Arnold Palmer Foundation.
